📋 Description

• Model optimization problems for supply chain, inventory, production, pricing.
• Design and refine linear, integer, and mixed-integer models; include heuristics.
• Prototype and compare formulations; balance optimality and runtime.
• Use solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, COIN-OR) with diagnostics and tuning.
• Collaborate with solution delivery and data engineering teams to integrate models.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to explain trade-offs and iterate designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Applied Math, Industrial Eng, CS, or related
• 1-3 years in optimization / OR; internships or academic projects ok; fresh grads encouraged.
• Strong foundations in linear algebra, probability, optimization theory, algorithms; intuition for
• Hands-on formulation and solving of optimization models using at least one solver (Gurobi, CPLEX
• Demonstrated passion for OR through coursework, theses, competitions, or open-source contributions.
