📋 Description

• Support acquisition and operations decisions with data; responsible for growth attribution
• Build and maintain core metric dashboards (DAU / retention / ARPU / CPI / ROAS / LTV)
• Conduct acquisition attribution analysis and channel ROI evaluation to support budget allocation
• Analyze retention funnels and user segmentation; identify churn points and optimization
• Support A/B experiment design and effectiveness evaluation for version updates and events
• Produce aggregated data briefs to support decision-makers (including aggregated figures compliant

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or
• Proficient in SQL; master Python or R for data processing and analysis
• Familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker, etc.)
• Statistical thinking and foundational knowledge of A/B testing concepts
• Fluent English
