• Protect plant health via pest prevention and disease monitoring

• Apply preventative treatments and biological controls
• Operate IPM equipment and ensure clean work area

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, detail-oriented and team-focused
• Curious, eager to learn, build a cannabis cultivation career
• Knowledge of IPM or willingness to grow skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours
• Comfort in cultivation env with allergens, temps, humidity
