- Partner with practice managers to develop financial strategies
- Translate insights into actions to improve profitability
- Prepare reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
- Guide operational and strategic decision-making
- Support the Director of Finance Business Partnering with daily finance activities
- Collaborate with FP&A and operational leadership throughout budgeting cycles
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in a senior finance role; prior Finance Manager experience
- Experience in financial management, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis
- Excellent people-management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities; turning data into actionable recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
