Market Data Ops Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor market data generation, deliveries, feeds, and batch processes across client environments.
• Ensure SLA compliance and operational integrity of intraday and end-of-day data deliveries.
• Investigate data quality and technical issues; triage and escalate as needed.
• Provide timely support for client and internal data queries and issues.
• Use Python, Excel, SQL to analyze data and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate platform releases and production patches with clients and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Python for ad-hoc analysis and automation.
• Strong Excel skills; practical SQL experience is a plus.
• Understanding of financial markets and derivatives across asset classes.
• Knowledge of AWS services (Step Functions, Lambda, EC2, DynamoDB) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to work remotely.
