Senior Staff Engineer - Hardware

📋 Description

• Lead and drive test strategy for hardware products in a CV/edge compute environment.
• Own production test systems, field device debugging, and validation of off-the-shelf devices.
• Guide a team of test engineers and collaborate with design and system teams to deliver high-quality
• Define test standards, methodologies, and documentation practices.
• Drive automation of test procedures to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews of test results, metrics, and reports with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in product/system testing with 2–3 years in a lead/senior role.
• Proven expertise in product test planning and execution.
• Strong exposure to Production Test Systems (PTS) and automated test equipment.
• Ability to debug field devices (hardware + embedded software).
• Experience validating off-the-shelf (COTS) devices for product integration.
