Senior Product Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Drive delivery of Connect products and services through full development lifecycle as Sr. Product
• Own scope, design, release readiness, and product judgment across engineering, QA, operations, and
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering leads, and solution architects to translate requirements
• Act as product owner for scrum team; manage backlog, clarify requirements, unblock blockers, and
• Lead release planning, go/no-go decisions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for
• Support client deployments as product authority; may lead deployments directly.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in contact center tech across voice, email, chat, SMS, and more.
• 5+ years in product delivery, delivery management, or tech PM for software.
• Hands-on delivery or configuration on major contact center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Cisco, Avaya
• Knowledge of ACD/routing, IVR, CTI, agent desktop, dialer, recording, QA, WFM, and reporting.
• Experience with integrations (CRM, APIs, webhooks, SIP) and live production releases in 24x7
• Agile/Scrum/hybrid delivery experience; Jira or Azure DevOps; strong communication across business
