Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global procurement strategy
• Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing across PSD locations
• Negotiate commercial agreements and supplier partnerships
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance via KPIs/SLAs
• Oversee warehouse, logistics, and inventory accuracy
• Drive procurement budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in procurement or related field; 3+ in leadership
• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related
• Certifications like CIPS/CPSM are a plus
• Experience with supplier management, tendering, negotiations
• ERP experience: Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle; advanced Excel
• English fluency; international/multicultural experience
