• Oversee daily store operations in absence of General Manager

• Maintain brand standards for food prep and portioning
• Assist with opening/closing and prep tasks
• Hands-on during food prep, customer service, and deliveries coordination
• Support sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation through staff training
