Senior Software Engineer - Deployment Platform

📋 Description

• Manage deployment platform end to end from RFC to operation.
• Extend deployment model for multi-deployment placement.
• Build progressive-delivery mechanics (canary/blue-green) with safety guards.
• Design deployment abstractions for heterogeneous workloads.
• Debug cross-system production issues and implement durable fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• Production Go or comparable systems language; strong software fundamentals.
• Deep Kubernetes knowledge: controllers, reconciliation, CRDs, scheduling.
• Experience with deployment/CD, progressive delivery, or platform tooling.
• Ability to write RFCs and drive designs to production reality.
• Experience with EKS at scale, Istio, Flagger, Argo/CD, Helm, or OCM.
• Exposure to multi-cluster or multi-region Kubernetes architectures.
