Operations Technician

📋 Description

• Perform Site Security functions including visitor access, badge processing, and enrollment in
• Process Site Access Request NetSuite cases.
• Process Shipping and Receiving NetSuite cases and manage deliveries.
• Monitor NetSuite queues; dispatch and acknowledge customer requests.
• Assist with service order installation, network circuit troubleshooting, and installation of cage
• Remote hands services for clients; resolve escalations and report status.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years in Security Ops, Data Center Ops or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of Security System hardware/software and Data Center Monitoring tools.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication; willing to learn new tasks.
