📋 Description

• Monitor web sources to find unauthorized use of branded content and IP.
• Investigate copyright/IP infringements and collect evidence for action.
• Prepare DMCA notices, takedown requests, and counter-notices.
• Communicate with registrars, hosting providers, and security services.
• Research new tools and practices to improve brand protection.
• Collaborate with SEO, Marketing, and Legal teams to identify risks.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in Legal, Brand Protection, SEO, or related field.
• Working knowledge of copyright/IP principles for digital envs.
• Strong online research and investigative skills.
• Problem-solving and detail-oriented, with multi-case management.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely.
• Proficient Ukrainian (written and spoken).
