Payroll Platforms Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and optimize global payroll platforms, including payroll, EOR, time
• Act as a liaison between Payroll, HR, Finance, HR tech, country teams, and external vendors to
• Coordinate platform deployments, post-implementation hypercare, and go-live support.
• Manage support tickets, escalations, defects, and configuration changes; drive resolution with
• Conduct payroll readiness reviews, data validation, reconciliations, and control checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations, payroll systems, HRIS, or payroll technology in a
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and accurate employee compensation.
• Experience supporting payroll tech implementations, testing, configurations, and post-go-live
• Ability to translate payroll and operational requirements into technical and system requirements.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and investigative skills to diagnose data and system issues to
