• Work hands-on with analysis across retail tech initiatives (self-checkout, in-store systems
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Act as a data partner in product teams, guiding data-driven decisions
• Drive end-to-end analyses from business need to storytelling
• Help shape analytics as the team grows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong data analysis experience with analytical/problem-solving mindset
• Experience with SQL and Python or R
• Ability to combine data from multiple sources to draw conclusions
• Ability to translate analysis into insights that influence decisions
• Comfort in less-structured environments with evolving requirements
