📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Clinical Project Managers
• Drive KPI-based performance on milestones, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
• Develop resource allocation to align demand with capacity
• Manage portfolio risks and contingency plans
• Collaborate across clinical, data, regulatory, and operational functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in life sciences or related; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years clinical project management in CRO/pharma/biotech
• 5+ years direct people management
• Experience with full-service trials, budget, and change-order oversight
• Knowledge of Planisware, CTMS, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; regulatory familiarity
• PMP or equivalent is preferred
