• 7+ years IT leadership with digital transformation.
• 5+ years healthcare/payor experience.
• Scale analytics across complex multi-system environments.
• End-to-end analytics ownership from data to outcomes.
• Lead agile teams with scalable operating models.
• Azure-based analytics: Azure SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI.
