📋 Description

• Lead AI and automation initiatives in Finance ops
• Develop AI transformation roadmap and business cases
• Collaborate with AI engineers and Finance SMEs
• Drive change mgmt, adoption, and KPI tracking
• Support integration with Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, ServiceNow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Biz Admin or related; equivalent experience
• 6–10+ years in Finance transformation or program mgmt
• Experience implementing AI/automation in Finance (AI agents, RPA, workflow tools)
• Strong understanding of P2P, Q2C, close processes, SOX
• Proven ability to lead complex transformations; measurable value
• PM skills: requirements, roadmap, risk, cross-functional planning
