Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead SaaS commercial contracting and negotiations
• Advise on privacy, IP, employment, security and corporate matters
• Manage cross-functional legal projects in a global setting
• Support product initiatives with legal risk analysis
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and external counsel
• Work in a remote, international environment

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and bar admission in at least one EU jurisdiction
• 4+ years of professional legal experience, focusing on commercial/sales contracts
• In-house SaaS/tech experience with enterprise sales support
• Experience negotiating MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Terms of Service
• Strong understanding of EU law; UK/US familiarity preferred
• Excellent English drafting and negotiation skills
