Service Operations Technician 2 - Swing Shift

📋 Description

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and testing on complex digital/analog components to support
• Use diagnostic software and test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies) for fault
• Repair and test electro-mechanical assemblies per work Instructions; document findings.
• Contribute to failure analysis and final test; participate in FRU investigation teams as needed.
• Communicate repair status with leads/supervisors and other departments; document symptoms and

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; AA or equivalent preferred; 1-2 years related experience
• English literacy; ability to read complex instructions and write correspondence
• Basic math; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with SAP ERP and ACCS (Agile) systems
• Ability to work varying shifts and complete required training
