🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple software engineering teams or large engineering organizations
• A strong academic background in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Professional software engineering experience in Golang, Python, Java, distributed systems, or
• Ability to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and drive complex initiatives from
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and ability to engage with senior engineers
• Results-oriented mindset with ownership and a track record of delivering meaningful outcomes.
