- Hybrid working opportunity between home and office
- Transition management for Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business
- Lead scheme-specific transition plans with trustees, advisers and administrators
- Manage end-to-end transition activity to meet timelines and milestones
- Collaborate across L&G to deliver successful transitions
- Maintain transition MI and post-transition reviews
🎯 Requirements
- A pension qualification (CII or PMI) or equivalent experience
- Experience in the Pension Risk Transfer market
- Experience administering or onboarding defined benefit schemes
- Strong knowledge of DB pension regulations, wind-up, PPF and FAS interaction
- Understanding of buy-in, buy-out and de-risking activity
- Strong project planning, prioritisation and delivery skills
