Communication Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver high-quality communications for AbbVie UK across external, corporate, digital
• Collaborate with External Affairs, commercial, medical, market access, HR and agency partners to
• Lead strategic planning for therapy area, enterprise and corporate priorities with clear objectives
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and agencies; support issues preparedness and reactive
• Write, edit and manage content for media, websites, social, intranet, leadership updates and
• Drive omnichannel delivery with governance and budget oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing, editing and messaging development experience.
• Experience delivering comms plans across multiple channels (internal, digital/social, external).
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across senior levels and functions.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with risk awareness.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, PR, marketing, journalism or related field.
• Proactive, data-informed approach with ability to measure impact and drive improvements.
