📋 Description

• Own Canada risk program for Robinhood's crypto business.
• Adapt global framework to Canadian regulatory expectations (CIRO/CSA).
• In-person at least 3 days/week in Toronto office.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in risk management in financial services or crypto/fintech.
• Experience with Canadian regulatory landscape (CIRO/CSA) preferred.
• Design risk governance frameworks, policies, and RC/SAs; KPI development.
• Strong written/verbal communication for boards/executives.
• Comfort with data, automation, AI-enabled tools; governance of tools.
