📋 Description

• Conduct environmental impact assessments for hydropower projects
• Support aquatic biodiversity field surveys in rivers and reservoirs
• Assist with species ID, data management, and literature reviews
• Contribute to biodiversity sections of ESIA and management plans
• Assist in technical reports, data analysis, and presentations
• Liaise with local counterparts and ensure safety protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, ecology, or related field (required)
• Master's degree or PhD preferred
• Experience in aquatic ecology assessments
• Knowledge of ecology and conservation
• Lao language and English working proficiency
• Willingness to travel and undertake fieldwork
