• Our B2B Logistics Operations Execution team resolves incidents and manages relationships with
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to organize resolution of issues in existing
• Coordinate with key account management to optimize logistics and transport processes.
• Communicate with customer contacts in German and English to build trust.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse mgmt in e-commerce
• Experience in B2B customer communication and service
• Data-driven approach and strong service orientation
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English and German (C1+)
