📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end transformation workstreams across business integration, systems, and AI-enabled
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and report to Chief Transformation Officer.
- Define scope, milestones, governance, and success measures for transformation projects.
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and translate priorities into execution plans.
- Oversee internal and external teams to ensure delivery of initiatives from design to results.
- Shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work across support, success, and sales.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs, ideally in SaaS/payments.
- Experience with private equity-backed companies is a plus.
