📋 Description
- Senior, client-facing role in Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) with DB pensions knowledge
- Own complex implementation activity and oversee end-to-end delivery for large PRT transactions
- Lead on client servicing content in pitches and final presentations
- Collaborate with Trustees, Sponsors, Advisers and internal stakeholders
- Hybrid working pattern: work from home and office to support work-life balance
🎯 Requirements
- Pensions qualification (e.g., PMI) or equivalent practical experience; Project Management
- Strong experience administering, transitioning or onboarding Defined Benefit schemes
- In-depth knowledge of Pension Risk Transfer, including buy-ins/buy-outs
- Solid understanding of DB pension regulations, wind-up requirements and impacts
- Experience presenting to Trustees, Advisers and senior external stakeholders
- Excellent project management, organisational and prioritisation skills
