• Help managers and employees focus on meaningful feedback and development
• Coordinate implementation across regions and functions for consistency
• Co-create tools and enablement with partners for effective conversations
• Provide guidance and resources for adoption by HR and business teams
• Act as a support point for navigating Contribution and Growth processes

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background in HR, Business Admin, Psychology
• Experience with performance management or talent processes
• Strong understanding of feedback, performance and career needs
• Experience coordinating global/regional HR initiatives
• Ability to translate frameworks into practical tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
