Product Manager / Director, Trading Risk Engine

📋 Description

• Plan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for trading products (e.g., mark price
• Optimize risk control rules; improve efficiency and insurance fund growth
• Monitor risks and gather feedback post-launch; iterate accordingly
• Coordinate with developers, designers, market ops, and other teams
• Instruct junior PMs to form risk-control methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with PM experience, preferably from internet or blockchain
• Strong interest in trading, blockchain, finance
• Solid product design and PM skills; data-driven user discovery
• Logical, team player; strong coordination across departments
• Proactive, customer-focused; communicative in English; Chinese a plus
