📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across R&D, engineering, and product.
• Build pipelines using outbound methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, events).
• Map target accounts and niche talent pools for cybersecurity and software.
• Partner with leadership to scale the R&D org and hiring managers.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Track pipeline health and sourcing yield for decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech or cybersecurity.
• Own end-to-end R&D recruiting with autonomy and accountability.
• Strong sourcing of passive talent and crafted outreach.
• Experience hiring backend/platform engineers and security researchers.
• Comfort in startup environments and complex tech domains.
• Curious, resourceful, excellent communicator.
