Payments Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth payment data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes, enhance customer experience, and drive
• Support testing initiatives through sample sizing, monitoring, and readouts
• Partner with cross-functional teams on payment performance and optimization initiatives
• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into key payment metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in a highly analytical consumer, marketplace, fintech, or similar
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights using data
• Strong SQL skills for efficient extraction and analysis of data from complex datasets (must-have)
• Strong visualization skills in Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to take ownership of analytical projects and move from data extraction to interpretation
