Senior Data Scientist (GrabFin)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems for FS Lending products.
• Develop predictive models for lending outcomes and customer behavior.
• Create data pipelines and feature stores for model training and inference.
• Translate business requirements into ML solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Present findings to leadership and inform policy/pricing decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of production ML experience geared toward lending decisions.
• Strong Python and ML/DL libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Experience with distributed processing (Spark, SQL).
• Feature engineering and model evaluation metrics know-how.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK).
• Ability to explain model behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
