Systems Engineer - AI Safety and Tooling

📋 Description

• Integrate, deploy, and operate AI SaaS offerings and self-hosted AI services for tech teams.
• Design and maintain containerization and virtualization environments for AI agents and MCP servers.
• Drive security hardening of AI agents and internal services, including secrets and access control.
• Write code to extend, integrate, and automate supported services.
• Build telemetry, monitoring, and evaluation infra for reliable AI workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams as regional point of contact for AI platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a relevant systems/engineering role.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering/CS or equivalent.
• Python or Go programming; shell scripting is a plus.
• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with third-party SaaS and AWS cloud services.
