🎯 Requirements

• Senior or Lead Product Designer with a track record shipping digital products.
• Hands-on with building tools or prototypes; shipping code or product tooling is a plus.
• Experience across B2C and B2B journeys with strong commercial sense.
• AI-forward mindset: strategize how AI accelerates design while preserving craft.
• Strong design proficiency with modern tools and user-centered methodologies.
• Bonus: experience improving journeys via experimentation in a fast-paced marketplace.
