📋 Description

• Lead CAIT team in EMEA with focus UK & DE markets; align with VP CAIT EMEA and SVP CAIT @
• Oversee sourcing of diverse creators/talent to fuel client channels and campaigns.
• Integrate external CAIT network into AIM and PAC workflows to drive Production Excellence.
• Guide cross-functional production efforts across SMA’s, CAIT, Production, Live Shopping, and
• Set standards for excellence; differentiate Creator as Talent vs Veditor for quality and safety.
• Establish Virtual Directing Protocols and training; drive performance metrics and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years in social media, creative advertising, or talent management.
• Hybrid of creative and operational skills; budget/timeline management.
• Strong client-facing skills; able to articulate business value of creators.
• Empathy, servant leadership, and emotional intelligence to guide teams.
• Partner with recruiting; build scalable talent workflows; navigate creator trends.
• Exceptional communication; able to lead complex conversations and secure buy-in.
