Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the team building the software layer that connects EVs, chargers, solar, and batteries.
• Redesign for speed, reliability, and broader coverage across home and grid-scale optimization.
• Partner with product to create an ambitious roadmap and own the team's technical vision end to end.
• Shape strategy with CTO and participate in engineering leadership decisions beyond your team.
• Drive AI adoption to improve how we build, ship, and operate, turning AI into practical impact.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers; set clear expectations and empower ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing engineers and leading distributed teams.
• Strong track record in building high-performance teams and AI-enabled products.
• Ability to collaborate with product and leadership on strategy and roadmap.
• Bias for action, excellent communication, and the ability to push back when needed.
• Comfort working in a remote-first European environment; able to align across time zones and
