Growth Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across Fever’s org.
• Identify bottlenecks; translate into scalable processes across regions.
• Standardize ways of working for consistency and predictability.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align ops with needs.
• Bridge strategy and execution to ensure feasible, impactful ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media ops, marketing ops, or prod mgmt.
• Strong design, optimization, and workflow automation experience.
• Comfort with data; define KPIs to measure performance.
• Hands-on mindset; move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) a strong plus.
