Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

📋 Description

• Build and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails, Golang, and Grab's internal tools.
• Lead technical delivery for support journeys, workflows, APIs, and internal platforms.
• Build scalable, reliable microservices for critical operations.
• Develop clean, accessible frontend experiences for users, agents, and support teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, QA/SET, and Engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Oversee production readiness, monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and release quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Hands-on experience building production frontend applications and Golang backend services, APIs
• Experience with distributed systems, service and API design, data modelling, and reliability
• Lead technical design deliver projects from requirements through production rollout.
• Fluent in English communication
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and modern AI engineering practices, including
