Client Delivery Manager - Revenue Cycle

📋 Description

• Own operational alignment for assigned client accounts; serve as trusted ops advisor
• Translate performance data into narratives, drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Identify trends/risks in the client lifecycle and propose corrective actions
• Collaborate with clients to align expectations with internal capabilities
• Lead monthly operational reviews and client touchpoints; document outcomes
• Coordinate with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation and Tech teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations or related field
• 3–5 years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey operational information clearly
• Analytical with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
• Proven ability to influence across cross-functional teams
• Timely and regular attendance; equivalent education/experience considered
