Sr. Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical engagements for customers and own discovery, solution design, and platform demos.
• Build proofs-of-concept and live demos to drive Databricks adoption.
• Manage frontline customer relationships with engineers, data teams, and leads.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to develop technical strategies to grow usage.
• Show Databricks differentiation through hands-on demonstrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data engineering, solutions architecture, pre-sales, or hands-on consulting.
• Proficient in Python and PySpark; production-quality code; live coding in interviews.
• Hands-on data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of Spark, Delta Lake, Hadoop, Kafka, Flink.
• Experience leading technical customer conversations — discovery, whiteboarding, architecture
• Familiarity with data engineering, ML, or SQL analytics.
