📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and grow a small team of senior engineers, owning hiring, performance, and career
• Drive end to end delivery of real time voice features from architecture through to production.
• Own the technical direction for your team's systems and stay close to the code.
• Work closely with the Principal Product Manager and senior technical lead to shape what gets built.
• Operate at the boundary with applied science, translating model realities to delivery commitments.
• Build a high agency, low bureaucracy culture where engineers own outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Led engineers directly and owned a team's delivery, performance, and development.
• Hands-on builder with real technical skills and willingness to stay close to the work.
• Experience with real time, distributed systems and latency-sensitive products.
• Ability to reason about architecture, trade offs, and risk, earning credibility with senior
• Pragmatic understanding of ML systems in production, including inference and data drift.
• Strong product and commercial instinct with focus on user and business outcomes.
