Head of AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Lead a central AI function to unify strategy, tools and delivery.
• Scale and safe AI usage across NEC Software Solutions and its products for public sector support.
• Hybrid office-based role (50%) in Bracknell, Hemel Hempstead or Chippenham; report to COO.
• Embed AI into roadmaps with product teams and enable AI-enabled features.
• Define standards, governance, security and ethics for AI use.
• Drive adoption of AI, track impact and deliver measurable business value.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading AI or advanced technology teams.
• Proven delivery of AI solutions from concept to production.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence at senior level.
• Commercially focused with delivery orientation; able to work across technical and business teams.
• Solid understanding of applied AI/ML and experience integrating AI into products or systems.
• Familiar with modern AI tools and platforms; desirable experience in regulated contexts and
