📋 Description

• Operational governance of 3PL and last-mile network across markets.
• Lead a team of Logistics Specialists and Coordinators.
• Own performance reporting to senior leadership with risk and actions.
• Drive cost efficiency and SLA adherence with 3PLs and carriers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth and ops roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, food, grocery or perishable ops/logistics.
• Proven 3PL vendor management and contract adherence.
• Experience leading a logistics/operations team.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Fluent in English; German or Dutch proficiency.
