AIT Technician

📋 Description

• Prepare operations from approved procedures, traveller and drawings, ensure docs match hardware.
• Verify hardware: part/serial numbers, quantity, condition, cleanliness, protections, fasteners
• Prepare tools, torque gear, MGSE, lifting equipment and integration stands.
• Assemble/install satellite structures, panels, brackets, equipment, payloads and thermal hardware
• Integrate subsystems, verify fit and interfaces, handle and lift with MGSE.
• Route and connect flight harnesses, perform electrical verification, install thermal hardware and

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational or technical qualification in mechanical/electrical/electronics/mechatronics or related
• Hands-on experience in assembly/integration/test of complex electromechanical hardware; Technician
• Precision mechanical assembly and thermal hardware installation to drawings/torque specs.
• Harness work: crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and routing.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and wiring diagrams; electrical verification
• Understanding of cleanroom, contamination control and ESD requirements; strong documentation
