📋 Description
- Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative user research and validate content design
- Own the POV of features, products, branding
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers on framing products/features to achieve
- Edit app copy with UX guidance for UI designers to optimize customer flow
- Deliver UX writing across platforms and customer touch points
- Write and edit user-focused content (UI text, labels, instructional copy) for complex services
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX writer or copywriter
- Extensive professional copywriting experience with portfolio
- Fintech or tech industry experience preferred
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with senior leaders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
