Fraud Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Manage daily workflows related to transaction fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeovers
• Drive risk-based, customer-focused decisions and scale operations
• Contribute to the evolution of AI tools to reduce fraud losses
• Own and ship fraud ops roadmap projects with autonomy
• Collaborate with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering to improve tooling for scale

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fraud, risk or related operations role
• 1+ year leading projects end to end
• Ability to use data to investigate issues, spot trends, and support decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage priorities
• Ability to collaborate on projects and process improvements
