Bid Manager (A/NZ)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end RFx and tender processes for qualified opportunities
• Coordinate bids across Sales, Pre-Sales, Pricing, Legal, and Commercial
• Ensure submissions meet brand, governance, and commercial standards
• Improve bid quality, efficiency, and outcomes with best practices
• Promote internal AI tools to boost response quality and speed
• Maintain reusable content library with standard responses and narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in bid/proposal management in B2B, SaaS or data tech
• Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand enterprise customers
• Exposure to pricing, terms, and contract structures in bids
• 3+ years using content libraries or AI-enabled bid tools
• Ability to translate technical and commercial detail into clear responses
