Sourcing Manager, PCB (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Cross functional role coordinating with engineering and manufacturing.
• Develop and implement sourcing and cost strategies for Starlink hardware.
• Aggregate hardware demand to enable accurate demand signals for rate planning.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and RFX processes with internal stakeholders.
• Drive cost reductions and supplier performance improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in engineering, purchasing, contracting, or supply chain; or 9+
• Experience with PCB/PCBA, electronic components, and technical procurement.
• Experience with MRP/ERP, BOMs, WOs, POs; forecasting and lead time analysis.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of internal stakeholders.
