📋 Description

• Facility Management and procurement ownership across FM and Construction categories in Sweden.
• Oversee maintenance, supplier management, lifecycle planning, energy efficiency, and
• Own sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, framework agreements and contract implementation.
• Drive sustainability, cost optimization, and performance reporting across the retail portfolio.
• Collaborate with Expansion Manager, Facility managers, project managers, leasing, store ops
• Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable facility operations and procurement activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Facility Management, Procurement, Construction, Real Estate or related field.
• Strong sourcing and supplier management experience.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in Swedish and English.
• Proactive, structured, data-driven, and collaborative; capable in negotiations and contracts.
