📋 Description

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality features for Box's desktop applications (Box Drive, Box
• Work across the full desktop stack — including virtual file systems, data persistence, OS
• Contribute to cross-platform development using React Native, bridging front-end and native desktop
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and designers to translate requirements into robust software.
• Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to uphold quality and share
• Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and compatibility issues affecting millions of end

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional desktop software development experience.
• Proficient in C++, C#, and/or Swift with strong software design and architecture skills.
• Experience building/shipping desktop apps on Windows and/or macOS.
• Comfortable with full desktop stack: virtual file systems, OS integrations, networking, sync, UI.
• Experience with unit/functional testing in an agile team.
• Strong focus on usability, performance, and security; excellent problem-solving.
